Terms of Service

Those who want to commission must read these Terms of Service prior to payment. These apply to ALL forms of commissions!!!! Anyone who does not follow my ToS will be put on a black list.

General Information

- I have the right to refuse service, commissions with or without any reason- Any artwork of mine uploaded HAS TO HAVE my signature/watermark- I have the right to work on other personal projects as a break from commissions at any time

Copy Right & Usage

- I have copyright ownership of any and all created artwork I have made- I have copyright ownership to Any character that I have made, Unless you have purchased them as an adopt- I have the right to use any and all artwork I make for promotion and advertising purposes- You Are Responsible for securing permission for copyrighted characters that you do Not Own- You are Allowed to Upload/Display/Print my artwork for personal use as long as I am Credited- You are NOT allowed to trace, or heavily reference my artwork!! Ask me first on what you want to do with my artwork and we can talk about it!!!!!- I am 100% okay of fanart!! As long as it's SFW only and credit for my character is given! No gore, no killing, and no nsfw artwork of my characters!!!- You are PROHIBITED to use my artwork for financial gain!- You are PROHIBITED from using any of my art or characters at ANY TIME as NFT's or in NFT-related process/material at any time- You are PROHIBITED from using any of my art or characters at ANY TIME in AI related things as well!!- Any other usage of my characters or art not stated please ask me first!! We can talk about it and figure something out

Payments & Refunds

- Payments are in USD- Can pay in Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo- FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED UP FRONT!!! (If you want to do a payment plan, or would like to know more about if it's possible just contact me)- Payments will happen on specific days, if you're looking for a refund AFTER the FIRST SKETCH and I'm working on finalizing it I will not do refunds. If you've yet to receive a sketch, or you don't want to continue on after the sketch then we can talk about a refund and you will be put on a list and on the set day I will refund you in full- Time Sensitive commissions (commissions with a deadline) MUST allow at least a WEEK to complete the commission. I won't accept anything else under a weeks worth of time. If I do not complete your request in that time period, I will issue a refund BASED on how much needs to be completed

Commission Prices

Will Draw

- Female- Canine Female Furries- Fan Art- Simple Tattoo's & Body Art(I am very new to art and such with commissions, I am still learning as I go. If you're in doubt, contact me about what is acceptable)

Won't Draw

- Anything involving children- Anything NSFW (BDSM, choking, etc)- Feral- Complex designs- Mecha, no custom drones/cyber/robots- Politics, Racism, unnatural hard drugs, hate crime- No not ask for the following fetishes, Bestiality, foot/feet fetish, urine/feces, hyper obesity (blueberry fetish), diapers, farting fetish, prolapses, or incest

Commission Prices

Each additional Character is 75% of base price, I will charge more depending on complexity on the design or tattoo

Design/Tattoo Prices

I enjoy doing more simplistic and creative designs, logos, and so on. I am opening my services to very small non-complex designs. I will give an invoice about these if you contact me. All examples currently are coming soon due to situations. Please feel free to ask me about my Designs. This is a new thing I am trying so prices are to be determined so on
